Here's my set of goals for the week.
1. Make 3 workout classes this week.
2. Workout out 5 days this week.
3. Try a new, healthy recipe (may have to be closer to the weekend).
I know this is a quick post, but I wanted to get one in, and I wanted to set some achievables for the next few days.
